The apartment was beautifully decorated and newly renovated throughout. It had a spacious and well, equipped kitchenette and a fantastic bathroom with a rainforest shower. the bed was comfortable and the views from the windows were bright and lovely. Chiara and her partner were excellent hosts, providing a charming welcome and helping with parking and luggage. They also gave great dining recommendations, ensuring a fantastic stay in beautiful Perugia. Cons: None.

It was located in a great area very close to the city center. The bed was extremely comfy, and had hypo-allergenic pillows...

the location is convenient and incredible close to lots of good restaurants nearby, the historical part and old town, and the rooms are air-conditioned. staff is always very very helpful. it has courtyard views and you can use multi-channel tv, a dining area, and a seating area. we recommend this apartment to anyone; everything was perfect.

We had a really great stay in Perugia very close to the centre and more populated part of the town, and the historical part. It was a pleasure to meet Chiara, the host, everything was brand-new.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at Casa Malichi - Retro Apartment. We stayed there for a few days to explore the charming city of Perugia. The apartment itself was colourful and vibrant, with a retro design that gave off great vibes. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location was superb, with stunning views of Assisi and the surrounding mountains. a beautiful place with friendly hosts!

As a woman traveling alone, I had the most wonderful experience staying at this apartment in a central location. the property is situated in the historical part of the city, close to the old town city center, yet tucked away from the busyness of the main square. the room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the surrounding Umbrian hills. the host went above and beyond, providing helpful recommendations and even a delightful welcome gift. Though the apartment lacked a kettle, the kitchenette had everything I needed for my stay. I highly recommend this retro apartment for its excellent location and exceptional service.

The apartment is charming and well designed with all amenities. Excellent hosts, met us on the street and helped with bags. Good neighborhood vibe, close to restaurants and cafes. Comfy bed, great shower. Stylish with original design furniture and posters from the 60s and 70s.

I had the most incredible stay at Casa Malichi - Retro Apartment - Centro Storico. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a film theme and had stunning views of San Domenico and Assisi. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and with a charming café just downstairs. The bedroom was spacious and the king bed was so comfortable. I even managed to do my laundry on site, which was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, thoughtful decor, and comfortable amenities.

This place is mind-blowing! Close to the city center and bus stations, with supermarkets, great restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The apartment is jaw-droppingly clean, cozy, and tastefully decorated. The view of the Umbrian hills is absolutely stunning. The hosts are super friendly, attentive, and prepared lovely snacks and gifts. We will definitely stay here again if we visit.
